One of the most important items in our work with the staff is providing a healthy and safe working conditions. Therefore we introduced and certified a system according to the standard BS OHSAS 18001:2007. We have developed a policy engaging all levels, as well as goals and programs on the organization and staff. We carry out dangers identification, risk assessment and control, conformity evaluation. We strictly observe the legal requirements, provide training and consultancy, maintain good communication between all levels. We carry out operational control and are ready for emergency situations. We monitor and measure working conditions all the time and are ready to take corrective and preventive actions in order to avoid incidents and accidents. Management audits and inspections are regularly carried out.

As a result we achieved:

✓   Satisfying the workers and employees in terms of their safety and health

✓   Reduction of losses due to general and occupational diseases and accidents at work

The introduced system BS OHSAS 18001:2007 guarantees the public the concern and responsibility of Ognyanovo K JSC and its management to the workers, thereby increasing the credibility before the business partners and government control bodies.

Training and development of the staff is the other pillar in our work with the employees. Trainings are regularly organized aiming at improvement of employees’ qualification.
